Raw materials to be processed
Kneading
Various additives are kneaded into the soft candy base.
Cooling
The material is cooled to a specified temperature in consideration of the douwnstream forming process.
Due to the high viscosity of the material, adhesion to the equipment can hinder stable operation. Furthermore, efficient cooling within limited production space is required.
The twin-shaft indirect heating dryer "SC Processor" can efficiently cool high-viscosity, adhesive materials by the following machine features.
High-viscosity materials are smoothly conveyed by the self-wiping function.
A large heat transfer area is ensured by the jacket of barrel and hollow screws.
Forming
The product is formed into the specified shape.
Packaging
The product is packaged in bags, containers, etc.
