Raw materials to be processed
Kneading
The base material, polymers, plasticizers, and additives are kneaded. While disintegrating secondary agglomerated particles of the base material, even small amounts of additives are uniformly incorporated throughout the mixture.

To disintegrate secondary agglomerated particles, it is necessary to adjust the amount of plasticizer and apply shear force to the raw materials. Additionally, sufficient reaction time and an adequate transfer area for cooling are also required.
