Mixing
The ceramic base material, binder, and solvent are mixed using various types of mixers as needed.
Kneading
The mixture is fed in precise quantities and kneaded.
課題

Uniform kneading is required to ensure proper formability during the downstream extrusion molding process and after calcining. In addition, the wetted parts of the equipment must be wear-resistant against ceramic-based raw materials.
